The Pentart 100ml Textile Decoupage Varnish & Glue is a water-based varnish/glue combination that is ideal for fabric. The medium spreads easily and evenly. You can use the glue allover your rice papers and napkins. Once dry, the fabric is machine-washable. Pentart glues work well with mixed media projects, including decoupage, scrapbooking, and cardmaking. You can pair it with other paints, glues, crackles, or metallic effects for a unique look.
How to Use:
Apply the varnish and glue on top and underneath the paper, spreading from the sides to remove air bubbles.
Affix to fabric for 30 seconds using an iron (cotton grade, rear side)
