Water-based fixitive for use with Pentart Metal Pigments, Art Mica powders and other Pentart powder products. 100 ml.
Water-based, transparent varnish with glossy finish. Water-soluble and becomes waterproof after drying. Can be mixed with Pentart powder products such as Pentart Metal Pigment and Art Mica powders. When mixed thin, can convert powders into paint; when mixed thicker can be used with stencils to create raised patterns and effects.
